In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 To register and maintain an Account on pt989, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from pt989 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of pt989 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.

2.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria in Clause 2.1 are satisfied and will remain satisfied for as long as you maintain an active Account. pt989 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on pt989. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal full name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card, KTP), a valid email address, a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia, and your date of birth. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. pt989 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify pt989 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your Account.

3.4 pt989 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

3.5 Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.

4.1 pt989 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players will be required to submit identity and address documentation before their first withdrawal request is processed, and at any other point where pt989 deems verification necessary for security, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes.

4.2 Accepted identity documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk);
• Indonesian Passport (active, within validity period);
• Indonesian Driver's Licence (SIM) as a supplementary document only.

4.3 For address verification, pt989 may request a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document issued in Indonesia within the past three months bearing your full name and residential address.

4.4 Withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of KYC verification. pt989 aims to process KYC reviews within one (1) business day of receiving all required documents. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid withdrawal delays.

4.5 pt989 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to Accounts where transaction patterns, deposit volumes, or behavioural signals suggest a need for further verification. Players who do not cooperate with enhanced due diligence requests may have their Accounts restricted or closed.

5.1 pt989 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Danamon;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja;
• Other methods as displayed on the deposit page within your Account at the time of transaction.

5.2 Deposits are credited to your pt989 Account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds. pt989 does not charge any deposit fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the depositing Player.

5.3 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. pt989 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

5.4 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your pt989 Account. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned where possible and may trigger an Account review.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as the pt989 Account holder. pt989 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 pt989 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for requests submitted during WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00, Monday through Sunday). E-wallet withdrawals via OVO and DANA are targeted for instant processing at all hours. Actual processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled maintenance, or where KYC verification is outstanding.

6.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed (see Clause 4);
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in your Account (Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Rollover Requirements are not withdrawable);
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as displayed on the withdrawal page within your Account;
• pt989 may require additional security confirmation steps for large withdrawal amounts at its discretion.

6.4 pt989 does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported Indonesian payment channel. Any fees charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside pt989's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

6.5 pt989 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, pt989 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.

7.1 pt989 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the EPL season, Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and other Indonesian cultural occasions.

7.2 All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms which are displayed in full at the point of opt-in. General bonus conditions include:

• Rollover Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 3x–10x, as stated per promotion) before they are eligible for withdrawal;
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to Rollover Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sportsbook bets, and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%); some games may be excluded entirely;
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit is required to activate most bonuses, as stated in the promotion terms;
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated Rollover Requirements expire within the period stated in each promotion's specific terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically;
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Some promotions impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

7.3 pt989 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, pt989 will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.

7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with low risk, or colluding with other Players — is a serious breach of these Terms. pt989 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

8.1 All bets placed on the pt989 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and market. Market rules are accessible from the sportsbook interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable market rules before placing any bet.

8.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by pt989, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player. Bet acceptance is confirmed by a system-generated bet reference number displayed in the Player's bet history.

8.3 In the event of a genuine technical error — including an incorrectly displayed odds value that is clearly erroneous (a "palpable error") — pt989 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. pt989 will exercise this right fairly and will notify affected Players.

8.4 All casino games, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw games on pt989 are operated on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is maintained by the platform's internationally licensed infrastructure. Results are provably fair and not influenced by pt989, the Player, or any third party.

8.5 Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply across all sportsbook markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface or game window. pt989 may adjust individual account bet limits at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8.6 pt989 does not accept bets from Players who are in possession of material non-public information that could influence the outcome of the event on which the bet is placed. Any winnings derived from such bets are subject to confiscation.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pt989 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling pt989 to suspend or permanently close the offending Account and confiscate any balance therein:

• Registering more than one Account, or using a false identity during registration;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game;
• Colluding with other Players, including sharing Account access, chip-dumping in poker, or coordinated bonus-exploitation strategies;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that provides an unfair advantage; Players are required to report any identified bugs to pt989 support immediately;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction for an unlawful purpose;
• Engaging in chargebacks on deposits after using the associated funds for betting activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pt989 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9.2 pt989 may report suspected fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity to the appropriate international regulatory or law enforcement authorities and may share relevant Account information in connection with such reports.

10.1 pt989 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its Players. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous gambling activity;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a chosen period of between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from pt989. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

11.1 All content on the pt989 Platform — including but not limited to the pt989 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, data feeds, odds compilations, game content, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pt989 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

11.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the pt989 Platform without pt989's prior written consent. 12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pt989 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions outside pt989's control;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information or content displayed on the Platform that is subject to change;
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers.

12.2 pt989's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pt989's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13.1 pt989 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and general Platform use. All personal data is handled in accordance with pt989's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your Account and submitting a data deletion request to pt989 support, subject to pt989's legal data retention obligations.

15.1 pt989 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pt989 holds its operating licence. Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to regulatory restrictions in Indonesia and accept sole responsibility for compliance with applicable Indonesian law.

15.2 In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or a Player's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through pt989's internal dispute resolution process by contacting pt989 support in writing. pt989 aims to respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

15.4 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or waived by agreement.
